Ranking the CEO compensation of the publicly traded companies on the 2025 Beauty Inc Top 100 list.Ranking the CEO compensation of the publicly traded companies on the 2025 Beauty Inc Top 100 list.
On a volatile beauty market, 2025 was a year of major executive moves for many of beauty’s biggest players. The Estée Lauder Cos., Kenvue, Unilever, Kering and Shiseido all saw C-suite reshuffling last year, while Procter & Gamble and Coty Inc. both got new leaders at the beginning of 2026.
An analysis of CEO compensation for the publicly traded companies on the 2025 WWD Beauty Top 100, our annual ranking of the world’s largest manufacturers by sales, sees P&G’s Jon R. Moeller topping the list for the second year in a row, before the role was taken over by former chief operating officer Shailesh Jejurikar this January. Galderma’s Flemming Ørnskov was once again number two, with the number-three spot held by Coty Inc.’s Sue Nabi ahead of her departure in December.
Of the 27 public companies that disclosed chief executive officer salary information, 11 saw their top management take a dip in pay and only 10 saw increases in their remuneration. The biggest increases were for Coty’s Nabi, whose pay was boosted by a share allocation, and Godrej Consumer Products’ Sudhir Sitapati, while the largest declines were for Beiersdorf’s Vincent Warnery, whose pay the previous year was bumped up by a stock allocation, and Puig’s Marc Puig, who was succeeded in the top role at the firm this March by Jose Manuel Albesa in another major management shake-up.
