Barry Manilow is back!

The “Copacabana” singer has made a triumphant return to the Las Vegas stage after taking a six-week hiatus as he continued to recover from lung cancer.

Manilow took the stage at the International Theater at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on Thursday night and is scheduled to perform again Friday evening.

The 83-year-old singer has been doing a residency at the Westgate since the beginning of the year; however, he took a break from performing after his show on Aug. 22 to continue his recovery from lung cancer.

During his first show back, Manilow addressed his fans, telling them, “I’m having a good time with you guys!”

“This is the first time back in a long time. I have some medical problems, but I’m back!” the singer shared excitedly.

The audience cheered for the “Mandy” singer before bringing back a popular concert tradition from the 1970s — throwing underwear on stage.

“You want me to send this to the laundry or something?” Manilow joked after picking up and examining a pair of boxers that were thrown on stage.

“Is there another one?” the singer asked, looking around the stage, before picking up a bright pink pair of underwear that had been thrown.

“I’ll keep this,” he laughed before pretending to put the fabric in his pocket.

“God, I feel like I’m a teenage idol again,” the 83-year-old singer shared with his crowd at the end of his speech.

“We’re going to take a break until we return to the Westgate Las Vegas on October 8th. When I’ll be singing like a bird.”

The singer performed 29 shows in just 68 days prior to the hiatus.

“Who’s ready to turn @westgatevegas into the hottest spot north of Havana this weekend?!? 💃🪩 Vegas, here we come! 🎰✨” the singer posted to Instagram just before his first show back.

Manilow is scheduled to continue his Las Vegas residency at the Westgate, with scheduled dates running through the end of the year.
