Angelina Pivarnick is still in the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” group chat after being snubbed from Jenni “JWoww” Farley’s surprise wedding in June.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi offered an update on Pivarnick’s status with the friend group after a source close to the latter previously told Page Six she was “angry” over being left off Farley’s wedding guest list.
“We’re still in our group chat, and we still want to work together,” Polizzi, 38, told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” while promoting the upcoming live taping of her podcast, “It’s Happening,” with co-host Joey Camasta.
Farley, 41, wed her longtime boyfriend, pro wrestler Zack Carpinello, 31, in an intimate wedding at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, in June.
Guests arrived under the impression that they were attending a screening of Farley’s new movie, “Nanny Cam,” but it was actually a surprise wedding with fewer than 50 people.
In addition to Polizzi, “Jersey Shore” stars Deena Cortese and her husband, Chris Buckner, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and her husband, Justin May, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his wife, Lauren, were in attendance.
Vinny Guadagnino and Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio were reportedly invited, but did not attend.
Meanwhile, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Pivarnick did not receive an invitation.
A source close to Pivarnick told Page Six she was not happy to be snubbed from the celebration. She had also declined Farley’s invite to her post-wedding pool party later that week.
“She didn’t go,” the insider said. “She’s upset. She’s just focusing on celebrating her 40th birthday this weekend with her close friends.”
Farley later addressed a report that Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro were feeling “blindsided” and “extremely hurt” by the nuptials snub.
“If you were a true friend or family member, none of this would be public right now,” Farley said in a TikTok video. “You would’ve [come] to me. But you can’t come to me, because then you can’t play victim to your own fake ass narrative.”
The movie director also told People that she and her husband “weren’t interested in throwing the biggest wedding possible,” noting that they only wanted their “closest family and friends” in attendance.
Despite the drama, Polizzi told VRT that the entire “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” cast still wants to work together after their show ended its nine-season run on MTV earlier this year.
“We all just want to continue our show, so I think we’re just waiting to see what’s next,” Polizzi said. “There’s so much going on in our lives, like me with my health, Jenni with her health, Pauly just got engaged. We’re missing so much.”
As for what’s next for the crew, Polizzi said she’s “definitely manifesting” a new home for their show — but speculated it might take a year or two to get the ball rolling.
“I feel like it’s going to happen,” she said. “But I think it is going to be a minute.”
