The setup lets owners clean out their cars while they charge, turning otherwise idle minutes into something useful.

The vacuum was spotted by Tesla owner Warren Whyte, who shared images of it on X: “What a great feature! A car vacuum located next to the Tesla Charging stall so you don’t waste any time when charging your Tesla.”

The station already includes multiple V4 stalls, a solar canopy, and a lounge for owners, making it one of the more amenity-rich sites on the network.

Tesla has spent years experimenting with what to put around its charging stalls, gradually closing the gap with the gas-station conveniences drivers are used to.

The company built its first owners lounge with a coffee shop and restrooms at Kettleman City back in 2017, added squeegee window-cleaning stations in 2018, and later deployed “cube” lounges with automated coffee and food.

The most ambitious version yet is the retro-futuristic Tesla Diner and drive-in theater in Hollywood, which pairs 80 V4 stalls with a two-story restaurant and giant LED movie screens.

The obvious next addition is an air compressor for topping up tire pressure, a staple at most gas stations.

Tesla has actually already done it: its large Goulburn Supercharger site in Australia, which opened in 2025, includes an air compressor for tires. Pairing that with the new German vacuum would give owners a near-complete pit-stop experience while they charge.

Tesla operates one of the largest charging networks in the world, with more than 80,000 Supercharger stalls globally.
