Kate Hudson opted for daytime tailored attire for her appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” with her “Running Point” cast members on Thursday in Burbank, Calif.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress wore an asymmetric gold silk blouse with hints of fabric draping. The sleeveless look was wholly modern, with a sleek contemporary design and bold color that offered contrast to Hudson’s trousers.
Along with the gold blouse, Hudson wore a pair of tailored black trousers with a high-waisted silhouette. The ensemble created a defined figure, thanks to the cinched waist added by the black trousers and the slim-fitting gold top.

Hudson took a minimalist approach to her accessories, wearing delicate jewelry pieces. As for her glam, the “Song Sung Blue” star’s hair was styled in a low ponytail hairstyle with wisps of hair to frame her face. For makeup, Hudson embraced a clean, serene visage, with lined eyes and a glossy lip.
The actress recently made a change in her styling team, having worked with Sophie Lopez during much of her “Song Sung Blue” press tour and the 2026 awards season. Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi, whose client list includes Jennifer Lopez and Hailee Steinfeld, among others, have stepped in to curate Hudson’s more recent red carpet looks.

Among them, Hudson has styled curated looks by Giorgio Armani and Khaite, both of which were worn while promoting the second season of her Netflix comedy series “Running Point” and while attending the Time 100 gala.
For the Season Two premiere of “Running Point,” Hudson turned to Zangardi and Haenn’s styling again. The two curated Hudson’s Brandon Maxwell look.

“Running Point” follows Isla Gordon, played by Hudson, who quickly becomes the new president of the LA Waves basketball team after her brother enters rehab. The series chronicles her journey to prove herself. “Running Point” is available to stream on Netflix.
