Nicole Kidman’s Daughter Sunday Rose Makes Her Met Gala Debut in Dior

Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, the daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, made her debut at the Met Gala red carpet on Monday.

Kidman Urban’s outfit was custom-made by Dior, featuring shades of pink and lavender. The top was a strapless, boxy, heavily textured bodice constructed from three-dimensional floral embellishments. The skirt was a floor-length, softly flowing pale blush pink in a sheer, lightweight fabric.

Kidman Urban wore her hair long and straight, coordinating with her mother, who was dressed in a red Chanel gown styled by Jason Bolden.

Kidman Urban has a growing modeling career. She has walked the runway for fashion brand Miu Miu and is represented by Elite Modeling Agency.

The 2026 Met Gala marked Kidman Urban’s first appearance at the event. The daughter of Nicole Kidman and country musician Keith Urban stepped onto the Met steps in a milestone moment for both the fashion world and her family. Her mother has one of the longest and most celebrated histories at the gala of any attendee, having attended for the first time in 2003 — the same year she cochaired the event — and returning in 2005, also as co-chair, before making it a near-annual tradition in recent years. Nicole Kidman also cochairs the 2026 edition of the gala.

The 2026 Met Gala took place on Monday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This year’s exhibition, “Costume Art,” celebrated fashion as an art form, with a dress code of “Fashion Is Art.” The event was co-chaired by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and Anna Wintour, with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez-Bezos serving as honorary chairs. The annual benefit raises funds for the Met’s Costume Institute.
