Beyoncé has returned to cover i-D Magazine for the first time in 20 years.
Gracing the cover of a special Cécred edition of the mag for October 2026, the queen wears nothing but a fur stole, stiletto heels and lots of diamonds.
Photographed by Blair Caldwell and styled by Shiona Turini, the cover is shot in celebration of her hair care line Cécred’s expansion into the UK.
On the cover, Beyoncé’s hair is parted at the side and hangs in damp curls down her face. She and stylist Neal Farinah, of course, used her own products for the style,
Wearing sheer black tights, she holds a cream-toned fur stole around her torso. She uses her sky-high stiletto heels to step on a cap of one of her Cécred products in a nod to the brand.
And, she layers on the diamonds by way of a chunky choker; the style is part of Tiffany’s Blue book 2024 collection, with her piece inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s Apollo brooch.
The head-turning piece features 10 Fancy Intense Yellow diamonds that weigh more than 19 carats, overlaying more than 89 total carats of round brilliant white diamonds.
She added a coordinated bracelet and multiple stacked rings as well as a nameplate necklace that reads “Cécred.”
One of the rings on her finger is part of the same high jewelry collection inspired by Schlumberger’s vintage sketches, boasting a rare pear-shaped fancy brown-pink diamond that weighs in at more than 10 carats, surrounded by an additional halo of round brilliant white diamonds.
The mag has only released one pic thus far, promising more of a spread when the print edition hits newsstands; The eight-page spread is available to purchase online and ships on Nov. 10.
A full interview, too, is withheld from online, but Bey did give a quote, stating, “I had a vision to build something that solved real problems and performed so incredibly that the people who can’t stand my music still use Cécred, haaaa! … because it works.”
The singer’s latest cover for the publication comes 20 years after her last, which was published in August 2006 with the superstar wearing an embellished dress from Prada.
