Mexican rock legends Maná announced Monday that they will make history as the first artists to headline a residency at Yaamava’ Theater in Southern California.
The Grammy-winning band will perform six shows as part of Maná La Residencia, with dates scheduled for April 6, 8 and 11 and Sept. 1, 2, and 6, 2027.
All four members of the band gathered for an intimate, seated press conversation to share the news with fans. The event featured a large residency announcement backdrop, with Maná’s signature skull-and-roses artwork prominently displayed behind the band.
The band shared how the intimate environment of the Yaamava’ Theater played a large part in their decision to host their residency at the venue.
After a four-decade career with millions of albums sold worldwide, the band revealed the residency that will take place after their current tour — “Vivir Sin Aire” — concludes in December.
The rock band’s “Vivir Sin Aire” tour, which is presented by Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, is nearing its conclusion, with its final show being played Dec. 17 in Mexico.
Maná — whose current members consist of vocalist-guitarist Fher Olvera, drummer Alex González, guitarist Sergio Vallín, and bassist Juan Calleros — launched the tour in September 2025 with a show in Texas.
The band has been on the road performing over the last year.
The tour features a career-spanning set list featuring classics from the band’s 40-year career and is named after their iconic song “Vivir Sin Aire” from the 1992 album “¿Dónde Jugarán los Niños?”
Maná’s decision to make this announcement at the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel reflects the partnership between the two leaders in entertainment.
Yaamava’ is a premier entertainment destination in Southern California and its only AAA Five-Diamond casino resort.
The resort is committed to elevating the guest experience through world-class performances like Maná, who has performed at the venue for multiple exclusive and private concerts over the past few years.
In July, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino celebrated its 40th anniversary with exclusive performances by Snoop Dogg and Imagine Dragons.
The celebration also included fine dining, handcrafted cocktails, luxury spa treatments and other VIP experiences on the resort’s property. Yaamava’ even welcomed world-renowned mixologist Giancarlo Mancino to provide a cocktail experience featuring the resort’s Collection 86 menu.
Guests went to the Yaamava’ Theater after dinner, where Imagine Dragons performed in celebration of the resort’s milestone.
