When the Dairy Boy founder and content creator tied the knot with tennis player Tommy Paul this summer, she incorporated a little “something old” in her makeup routine: Clinique’s Black Honey Almost Lipstick, a ’90s cult classic.
“I used Clinique for my wedding,” Paul told Page Six Style at the FGI Night of Stars Gala this week, adding that she wanted her bridal glam to be “simple, timeless and fresh.”

Now, months later, the newlywed fashion founder is still taking the just-bitten hue with her everywhere she goes.
“I am still loving the Black Honey; it’s like my everyday in my purse,” said Paul, who modeled for a Clinique campaign earlier this year.
Her current beauty favorites also include a newer lip launch: celeb makeup artist Mary Phillips’ M.ph The Overliner Lip Liners, which she’s “obsessed” with. (She’s not alone, as Phillips’ client Hailey Bieber also swears by them.)

At Wednesday’s gala at the Rainbow Room, Paul presented Carolina Herrera creative director Wes Gordon with the Fashion Visionary Award. It was a meaningful moment, given Gordon also designed her wedding dress.

“I wanted something very simple and architectural with a more modest top,” she told us of the gorgeous, strapless gown.
“I didn’t want it to feel overly sexy … I had a very particular vision, and I feel like Wes really crushed it.”
